Police confirmed they have caught a man who went on the run. The man, described as "insulin dependent" and now goes under the name of Philip Whiteman, absconded from his secure facility. He married a nurse while he was a patient at high-security Rampton Hospital in 2008 and had also been a patient at Broadmoor. He was located safely and returned to a secure hospital after a day on the run.
